Repair Service

    Procunier Tapping Heads and Multiple Spindle Heads may be returned directly to factory for repair. However, all invoices must be processed through an Authorized Distributor. After disassembly and inspection, we will send a quote to you or your Distributor for the necessary parts and labor. Turn around time is usually 1 - 2 weeks but we will make every effort to accommodate emergency situations.
    Please provide a detailed description of problems or symptoms (including tap size, material etc.) when returning unit for repair.
